So unfortunately I did miss her duet performance with Dizzee Rascal (which I was desperately looking forward to) but I did manage to catch the last 40 minutes or so of the Brits.....enough time to see a drunk/drugged up Lily Allen wearing a ridiculous wig, a wierd Lady Gaga crying and a boring Peter Kay, who certainly shouldn't have been hosting the awards!! But most importantly I was tuned in to see the WONDERFUL Florence Welch win the Best British Album for her debut entitled Lungs. What a well-deserved win as the album is great, she is amazing turning up in a corset and proving that pale can be gorgeous and she genuinely seemed gobsmacked to have won!!
